Please read this entire page before beginning your registration. This page was updated on 5/7/2026 at 4:45 pm and will be updated as necessary. We would recommend you also read our FAQ page for additional information, policy and procedures before you register.

REGISTRATION TIPS:
If you need to apply for a financial aid campership, this must be completed PRIOR to enrollment. Camperships are only available to Richland County, Ohio residents. Information regarding Financial Aid Camperships may be found on the FAQ page.
There is a $75 registration fee per week per camper that must be paid at the time of registration to hold your spot for camp. This must be paid with a credit card at the time of registration. You must pay this fee when you submit your camper application through our online system. All of your required camper forms must be completed within 30 days of your camp date. If forms are not completed as specified by the dates below, you may be placed on a wait list. The balance of your camp fees are due no later than 30 days prior to your campers check-in date. Paid in full and completed forms dates are listed below:
Week 1 Balance Due: May 25
Week 2 Balance Due: June 1
Week 3 Balance Due: June 8
Week 4 Balance Due: June 15
Week 5 Balance Due: June 22
Week 6 Balance Due: June 29
Junior Camp Balance Due: July 6
Plan to spend AT LEAST 15 to 20 minutes for the initial application process. This could be more if you have multiple campers. The initial registration per camper is pretty quick. The paperwork and required forms afterward takes additional time (releases, health history, etc.). Every camper must be entered separately.
When you click on the registration link at www.hiddenhollowcamp.org, you will be directed to our registration system. First you will fill in your campers information. Our system is GRADE BASED, which means that based upon the grade you enter in the system, the available program options for that camper will be available. HOWEVER, campers may only be 15 years old. Campers age out at 16 years old.
HINT: If your camper has completed 1st grade – put 2nd grade in the system.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you have more than one camper to enter – you will enter the first camper and make your program selection. On the SUMMARY PAGE, on the left side, there will be a button that says ADD CHILD, press this and add the next child. Do this process until you have added all of your children who will be attending. THEN PRESS PAY NOW. For additional information read the FAQ page.
Additional campers will be completed separately. After you complete your first camper’s information, you will need to answer several custom questions specific to Hidden Hollow Camp. Some of the questions are required to be answered. If you attempt to move to the next page and the next button is not working, there is a question that you did not complete. It should be highlighted if you scroll back up. After the custom questions, you will be directed to enter parent/guardian information. It is required that there are at LEAST two emergency contacts entered into the system.
Once you have answered the enrollment child data, parent data, and questions, you will be taken to the program selection page called “What Program Are You Interested In?”.
Based upon your child’s GRADE, the available programs will be shown. It is important that you READ each program description before you make a selection. The description should give you additional details about your selection including payment deadlines, program dates and times, etc. Make sure to pick the program that matches your child’s GENDER. Cabins and Wash Houses are assigned by gender at birth. Read the information posted for each available program as it has the dates, payment due dates as well as unique information for that week of camp.
WAIT LIST – if you do not see a week available, that week has filled to capacity. It is recommended that you choose another available week. If you would like to be placed on the wait list, you would need to select the wait list option, follow the directions in the description, put the wait list in your cart, and click the Submit Button.
KP WEEKS – You will not see KP Weeks listed during registration. You must follow the directions listed on at this link to request to be a KP. On the linked page, scroll to the KP section. It is RECOMMENDED that KPs sign up for a regular week of camp as there are only 5 KPs chosen each week. There is no guarantee you will be chosen as a KP – it is a highly requested program.
Once you pick your program or program weeks click the Continue Button. Depending upon the program you choose you may be taken to a page called, “What Days Would You Like To Attend?”. Make no changes to this page, just click the next page button at the bottom.
The next page will be the Summary Page. You will need to verify the program or programs you have chosen are correct and if you scroll down you will see the Order Summary with current charges due, and charges due at a later date. BEFORE YOU CLICK PAY NOW – If you need to add another child, click the ADD CHILD BUTTON.
COUPON CODES – If you have a coupon code, you will ender it on this page. Right below the phrase ORDER SUMMARY, click on the drop down ADD DISCOUNT. You will copy and paste your coupon code in this field. Please note, your code may only be used one time. If you have a balance due, that balance must be paid at the time of registration in order to secure your child’s spot at camp. NOTE – There is a known error showing an incorrect balance. This will not affect your fees due, if any. You will need to type in your payment information. There should be no charge for those coupons that are at a 100% discount.
BEFORE YOU CLICK PAY NOW – If you need to add another child, click the ADD CHILD BUTTON. If you click the PAY button you will need to wait until your account is set up and validated before you may enter another camper.
To save your spot, you are required to click the PAY NOW button. DO NOT PUSH SEND INVOICE. You will not secure your spot at camp. You must pay the DUE TODAY amount with a credit card in order to secure your child’s spot at camp. If you click the Send Invoice button, you are not guaranteed a space. Follow the directions on the next page to make your payment. You will be enrolled into Auto Pay. You may disenroll when you complete your profile. The link to do this will be sent to you with your payment confirmation. After the required payment is made online, you will receive an email from LineLeader, this may take up to two weeks during the initial enrollment month, but your child’s spot is secure.
Complete the information required on the payment screen. You will be required to pay the stated DUE TODAY registration amount at this time. We strongly recommend that you keep your profile set to Auto Pay. The balance of the fees are due 30 days prior to your campers week at HHC.
This new system does not let you pay the entire balance at the time of registration. You will be invoiced for the balance at a later date with time to pay before the 30 day due date. The system also does not let you make a payment until an invoice is posted into your account. You will be emailed when an invoice does get posted.
After registration, you will be emailed additional information and an invitation to complete your profile in our system, which will include adding your head shot, any other adult who may pick up your child and their head shot, as well as your child’s head shot. These are called Avatars. You will also be asked to complete all the required forms.
