All registration for 2026 must be done ONLINE. WE RECOMMEND A COMPUTER OR LAPTOP. Friendly House and Hidden Hollow Camp are in the process of changing our online registration partner. Please stay tuned for updates on the new online process. If you have a CampMinder account, please note that you will no longer be able to access your account for Hidden Hollow after March 30, 2026. If you have photos or other information that you need on CampMinder we strongly recommend you download that information now.

If you need to apply for a financial aid campership, this must be completed PRIOR to enrollment. Camperships are only available to Richland County, Ohio residents.
You must pay the non-refundable $75 registration fee to hold your spot for camp. You must pay this fee when you submit your camper application through our online system. All of your required camper forms must be completed within two weeks of your camp application date. It is important that you complete all required forms by this deadline so that you do not get wait listed. The balance of your camp fees are due no later than 30 days prior to your campers check-in date. Paid in full dates are listed below:
Week 1 Balance Due: May 25
Week 2 Balance Due: June 1
Week 3 Balance Due: June 8
Week 4 Balance Due: June 15
Week 5 Balance Due: June 22
Week 6 Balance Due: June 29
Junior Camp Balance Due: July 6
Have your campers medical information, medications, and insurance cards. You will have to enter this information on the Health History.
Plan to spend AT LEAST 30 minutes for the application process. This could be more if you have multiple campers. The initial registration per camper is pretty quick. The paperwork afterward takes additional time (releases, health history, etc.). Every camper must be entered separately.
